Reliance netconnect a BIG FLOP

I got a Reliance netconnect EC-325 USB Wireless Data Modem for my desktop at my residence for my personal use, No 09392406410.However, it was observed to have very poor speed and I have not been able to utilise due to the fact that it Reliance Communication-No Service but Charges unduly


has very low speed. By the time(which is about 20 min) it approaches is server the required page expires.


I made complaints to Customer Care repeatedly but of no avail.


On 9th April one madam Laxmi told me that the problem is due to congestion in this area and will be resolved in two days. But since there was no improvement, after waiting for more than a week, when again contacted Ms Vanita told me that it will take long time as they have to erect new towers.Later there supervisor Mr Vidyadharan told me on 17th April that nothing can be done and they wont do any improvement.


Whenever we approach customer care they stock reply is that if you are from AP we can not do any thing and we have no  answer to your problem.


I have constantly been contacting Hyderabad Marketing Manager Mr Gourav at telephone no 09391374848 and Email gourav.murthy@relianceada.com about this problem. He always promised action in two days but did nothing.


In the meantime, company has been raising biils and collecting month after month.This is clear case of unjust enrichment by a reputed company of the country.


I am helpless as I dont know channel to complain


I am stuck up with a non working gaget and paying monthly also.


I request readers not to get in this trap of Reliance Communications .
