I had subscribed to RIM during the Pioneer offer and have not got a billing statement yet. On 18th August I suddenly get an SMS saying I have to pay up some amount which was close to 7000INR , or my services will be disconnected.
My bill amount usually is around 1000-1500 so I called up the Helpline and When I asked for the detailed statement of the bill they were not able to provide the same saying the same was not updated. Then how could they arrive at some magical figure for the usage amount.
This kept on happening for a month and I had several instances when I was placed on hold and the representative never returned , several occasions when the representative hung up on me when I requested a supervisor. Then without even giving me an oppurtunity to talk my outgoing was barred.
Now I have a Collections agency after my life , harrassing me and torturing me mentally for the non payment of the bill. All I have been continuously asking for is for my bill and I have recieved all kinds of abuses , plus a warning for legal action. I dont understand this and am planning to file a suit myself.
Please help.
