LAST MONTH I HAD PURCHASED A POST PAID CARD OF RELIANCE ON PROMISH OF THE SALES EXECUTIVE OF RELIANCE MINISTORE LOCATED IN GANDHIDHAM AT BMCB BUILDING NEAR BANKING CIRCLE. THEY PROMISHED THAT I WILL GET 2G NETWORK FOR FIFTEEN DAYS AND THEN AFTER 4G WILL BE AVAILABLE ON MY SIM CARD ON SAME TARIFF PLAN. MY SIM WAS ACTIVATED ON 15TH AUG-2016 BUT TILL DATE THERE WAS NO SIGN OF 4G SERVICES.
TODAY I CONTACTED THE SAME PERSON TO KNOW THAT RELIANCE WILL CHARGE MORE MONEY FOR 4G POST PAID PLANS AND I CAN NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT / RETURN MY SIM FOR THREE MONTHS. THIS MEAN THAT THEY SOLD THE SIM BY MIS-STATEMENT AND FRAUDULENTLY.
SOME OFFICERS OF MY OFFICE HAVE ALSO PURCHASED THE SAME PLANS AND ARE WAITING FOR 4G SERVICES!
THIS IS A KIND OF FRAUD BY RELIANCE MINI STORE.
I ASKED THEM HOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, THEN THEY GAVE ME COMPLAINT NO. 198 AND TOLD YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!
I TRIED MY LUCK WITH 198 NUMBER AND TALKED WITH CUSTOME CARE EXECUTIVE(!) AND SHE REPLIED THAT OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AND I CAN NOT HELP YOU AND YOU HAVE TO DIAL AGAIN AFTER 2 HOURS. I WAS SHOCKED THAT A COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE IS EMPLOYING SUCH EXECUTIVE AND HAVE INVESTED IN SUCH STORES THEN THERE IS NO MEANING IN KEEPING THE CONNECTION / PAYING THEM.
I WILL RETURN THE SIM AFTER PAYING 350*2= 700 RS. FOR NEXT TWO MONTHS. BUT THERE IS A BIG QUESTION COMES IN THE WAY THAT WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH TYPE OF FRAUD OR FRUDULENT SELLING BY SUCH COMPANY STORES.
IF ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEA PLEASE INFORM ME.
I AFRAID THE AMOUNT OF FRAUD IS MUCH BIGGER THEN WE THINK.
AT ONE SIDE RELIANCE IS GIVING FREE SIMS TO UNKNOWN / NEW CUSTOMES AND THE SAME COMPANY IS IGNORING THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS. IT APPERS MIS-MANGEMENT OR NON-EXISTENCE OF ANY ETHICS IN THE COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE.
