I am using my sim from 8 years recently I have ported to the reliance postpaid plan.ok its good and as my mistake I have gave a wrong current bill local adress I cant able to meet the customer care. in two weaks the sim was blocked the outgoing and the incoming calls.i went to the customer care he told that beacuse of wrong adress we blocked he told to pay pending bill we will convert it into prepaid connection immediately I paid the bill beacuse the I am using from 8 years after paying my bill he told that it will in one week I waiting for three weeks dint acitivate again I went there to the customer, then the stupid fellow is saying that sorry sir the sim is not having in our network.wat he is doing irresponsible people reliance network is superbbb, but staff is unproffesional to the customers
