3 Months ago I was ported a Aircel SIM in Relaince, then I was recharged Rs 200/- and I got talk time Rs 200/-. The SIM was Bengal circle SIM but I am residing in Kolkata. Relaince company have divided two circle in in West Bengal( Bengal & Kolkata).
Due to residing in Kolkata Relaince was started roaming in my SIM card. I was Thinking that when I returned my home then I will use my SIM. I was no calling from the Relaince SIM. When my balance was Rs 188/- suddenly vanished full balance from my SIM. I called customer care after 3 days because I did not know about this. The customer service center explain that they can’t anything, there was no information about my mobile number and they not returned my money that was vanished without any reason. I decided I will throw up the Relaince SIM. I hate Relaince.
