The worst service provider in India.
My outgoing was Barred. I asked the customer care, they said that there was some problem in the document. I asked them, that please tell me what is the problem. They said that they dont know.
Then they said that please visit the nearest Reliance store and submit the documents there. When I went there then the store employees refused to accept the documents saying that it is for prepaid card. We dont accept any document for prepaid card.
After that I made them talk to the reliance customer care No.198. Then he accepted the docs and informed me that it will take 7 working days to re-activate the number. I dont know what they will do in 7 days.
Then I asked him that O.K. give me the acknowledgement part of the new form that I have submitted the document, then he said that, they will give acknowledgement copy only for new numbers and not for old numbers." "Do whatever you want to do." If you want acknowledgement, Go to Reliance Company and ask.

And all this that I am talking about is for the Reliance Outlet in BTM Layout 2nd Stage - Bangalore .
