Worst Network range, with worst customer support and even more worst Taarif and plan range.
I am a Reliance customer from many years in Bihar circle.
Let me discribe an incident of last month, my balance was automatically got deducted randomly, each time I had to call them for refund, for sometime they use to say it must be from your side, but when I insisted to refund as it was automatically deducted then they use to waive.
I live in the capital of Bihar, they don’t have even 2G network in all areas forget about 3G.
Now they are planning to launch 4G, hope they might cover wide area.
