When the Reliance India Mobile service started last year , they gave the slogan ’’ Kar Lo Duniya Mutthi Mein ’’. But no one at that time knew that it is going to turn out as such a flop.
I am using this service since the last one and a half years now. I am actually fed up by now.
The customer care is even worse. First of all the customer care executive ( hereinafter mentioned as CCE ) is hardly free. Whenever you dial the customer care number, there comes a message that all our CCE’s are busy with other calls. Kindly hold the line. Sometimes this hold stretches till so long!!
And when the CCE replies to you, they cant understand exactly what problem you are having. They will start speaking in between and then when finally you make them listen to you then they will request you to hold the line while they check the information about your required and then the hold is endless and the call is disconnected after that. What a pathetic service!!!
