We all know that Reliance Mobile Operator is the biggest cheater in telecommunication sector. I m going to highlight the problems which I have faced when I was using it’s services.
I have used the services of Reliance when I was in my college. I have used the services of Reliance for Internet Data Connection and for sms. But Reliance always used to deduct my main balance, internet balance, etc. unreasonably.
Once I have recharged my reliance phone number with Internet Pack of 1GB and another day I saw that I do not have even 1MB in my phone. I have asked customer care executive and he said that you have used all your data balance last night. But I have used only 10-15 Mb.
I do not recommend anyone of you guys to use the services offered by this company because this company looks only after it’s profits and not for customer’s needs.
