This about RIM(Reliance India Mobile).They are literally looting their customers in day light. We bought one RIM prepaid scheme under which they charged us Rs.1800/-(One Thousand Eight Hundred) , for one hand set of MOTOROLA & with a facility of incoming calls free up to Six (6) months period. Up to Six months were over everything was OK
Can you imagine what happens after six months.
We had refill voucher of Rs.550/-(Five Hundred Fifty ) , with a talk time of Rs.349/-(Three Hundred Forty Nine) , at the time of charging balance shown is 349/- but within a hour balance becomes ZERO. Money goes down the drain. If you call their CC , you have to hold for at least 20-30 minutes for them to come back to you , by the time they open their mouth , your hand set battery is discharged. You call them many times & end up in frustration. You simply don’t get any reason / causes for your balance becoming ZERO.
When an email was sent to their chairman , you get an acknowledgement for having received your email , nothing further on this issue. Nobody is accessible except DONKEYS at CC. After talking to them you will realise that this company is nothing but a SOPHISTICATED CHOR.
Can you realise that they have a customer base of 8 (Eight) Million subscribers(up to June-2004), even if they charge Rs.10 (Ten) wrongly to customer per month (which I am sure they are capable of), it works out to their income of Rs.960 Million (96 Crores) per annum. They can make it without anybody noticing. Just get some precision stop watch and & keep track of your calls (pulse) , you will know yourself , how much you are being drained.
Can anybody beat them in this fraudulent methods. Nobody!!!!!!!!!.They are modern day THUGS.
