NEED HELP:Phone deactivated inspite of paying bill

I usually pay my Reliance mobile bills way before time. Which is what I did last month too. I paid by cash at the Utsav Seasons Web Express in Virar (West), which, by the way, is totally another sob


story as their service S*CKS.


They did not give me a reciept for the cash as their systems were ’down’ whatever they mean by that. They have just stamped ’paid’ on my bill itself without actually giving me another bill for the payment.


Now ever since that day, which is the 27th of Feb, 2007, these guys have deactivated my phone 3 times on account of non payment. The guys above web express have not updated their systems with my payment details...they are refusing to give me a bill for my payment.


Also, I have faxed a copy of the so-called stamped receipt to the Customer Service Cell as per their requirements.


I have repeatedly complained about the issue to all possible Customer Service officers as well as have reported this to the web world too.


My phone has been deactivated for no fault of mine and probably the girl at the web world who took the money, has run away with the cash.


I have no clue who to turn to or who to complain to.
