This is the third time that my Reliance Fixed line Pre- Paid connection has been barred from making out going calls. On 13th March 2007 when I tried to make a call I was told by a recorded voice that my connection was barred and I should contact Reliance Customer Care to resume service. I contacted the Customer Care at *366 at 0848 AM and was told by the representative that my address proof was required when I told him that on 21st July 2007 I had given my proof of residence the second time at Reliance Web World, Green Park, New Delhi – 110016. He checked his data and send that the same was on record however I should contact the Web World again even though there was a balance and the recharge date was not due I had recharged my connection with a coupon on 1st March 2007. The representative told me that I was required to submit my proof of residence and other documents again.
2. I would like to know how often annually I am required to give my proof of residence and identity? I would also like to know why my validity should not be increased each time by the number of days my connection has been barred and my service is disconnected.
- Please also intimate why I should not approach the Consumer Court and why I should continue with your service and why you should not refund the amount taken for the Instrument etc when you are providing such a poor service that my connection is disconnected at essential times when I have a relative admitted in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
4.Thanking you
Sincerely,
