I have recharged my SMART connection on 09/01/2007 whose validity expires on 11/01/2007 but after 11/01/2007 my moblile has been blocked by the SMART system. on Conversation with their customer care officer the answer is you will be able to talk aftr 10 days, we cant do anything, why dont you have recharges earlier. The person, Shubham, with whom I complained my matter, dont want to talk to me regarding this matter and whenever I want to talk any customer care officer, they after hearing my plea, disconnect the line.
I have also told them to connect my line with their Manager but they dont transfer the line. They said call me in the night. Now what to do, I am unable to receive and make calls. I want the action immediately. I am planning to inform Information and Broadcasting Minister regarding the Cheating done the the RELIANCE SMART SERVICE PROVIDERS.
