Hi friends.
I am using my reliance cellular network.since more than a year. and based on my experience I am having a very bad experience with this particular network.
First of all there is no specific reasons to choose this network over other networks.
I didn’t had any reliance about how bad they are in network coverage area wise.
most of the time I faced network problem. even I am in good network coverage area. mostly whenever I do a call or I receive any call from others. either they can hear my voice or I only can listen their voice.at a time.
I don’t know .why they don’ fix this problem. it makes me sucks all the time. whenever I had issues like this.
Moreover .they are quite much charge for local calls and STD calls.I have no option to choose a tariff plan. to reduce my day to day calls of local as well as STD.
There is one more thing about this network is their very poor poor poor performance on Mobile data network area. In this network on of the major problem is coming again and again that the network shows you are in Roaming, whereas I am in my own local area, and my call rates goes to very high, according to roaming rates, and when I call to the customer care for this issues but the call goes to disconnected again and again.I am very disappointing to this network, so I will suggest to all of you please don’t purchase this otherwise You also have to bear the trouble.
Its totally out of my mind.that why they created internet service on mobile. when they do not know about the basic needs that requires to be fulfilled when you are providing .Internet services on Mobile and Tab.
The Major Major limitations of their network are very bad and poor performance of mobile data.
whether you are using 3G network on ur handset.
it gaves me the feeling of that I am using 2G network. it is so worst. that my words are not so able to describe my feeling towards the poor performance of this network in every aspect of reliance network.
I have no certain or specific reason to bought this .one. I just need a sim. So I just purchased it.
I Do not suggest or advice anyone to choose this Network .as your primary network.
Pls don’t buy this.
