Here I ported my vodafone sim with reliance. there executive firtst told me that they have 399 plan for me in which they wil provide unlimited calling unlimited msg and 2gb 3g/4g data.
after my number activation the message came to me regarding that my plan has been activated which is of 499. a complete fraud the did to me.i contacted the customer care, where they told me that donot have any plan of 399 they only have plan of 499.
then again I contacted the executive who earlier gave me in written about the 399 plan, when the same thing was asked from him he said "sir custoimer care pe request krdo kya pata 399 krde".
and I was like this is the complete fraud case, earlier this man only sold me the 399 plan which was in written now he is refusing the same thing.
please dont go for reliance.now m waiting for 90 days after which again I can port with vodafone.
