I am a hapless customer of Reliance Smart GSM service. The worst investment I have ever made. The connection has made my mobile only for show without any outgoing or incoming calls. The lure of 19p reliance to reliance turned out to be false as outgoing or incoming line is always showing "NETWORK BUSY". The Reliance people should be held accountable for cheating the customers. The most unethical service and most unreliable service is what represents Reliance Infocomm. The promoters of this company should be punished by the Authorities for cheating and defrauding people. Specially on evening even SMS’s can not be sent. The customer service number is always unreachable, call droping is a regular feature. Dialling and getting a number through this network is a nightmarish experience. My request to telephone regulatory authorities is to make this Reliance company accountable and cancel the company’s licence. The most unprofessional approach with a fraudulent bent of mind is what represents Reliance Smart GSM.
