Its no joke about the heading given for my review. I had terrible experience with Reliance after taking my connection on DAPO scheme. In our area we have severe service area change problem resulting to call drops, phone not reachable, breaking signal during the call etc. Many attempts to wake up the cutomer care division of reliance bore me more pain.
I was always given the assurance that the problem will be resolved/ the network dept is looking into it etc. One customer care exec had the gumption to tell me it it will be difficult to cater each and every customer request. Theny why all this hype aboout customer care. I had even spoken to the regional techincal manager but words seem to be just words void of any action.
The suitation did improve after 15 Nov 2003 when the GSM kind of tech was intrroduced, but still I face this switching of service area. I had been bearing this callous attitude of Reliance since Apr 2004. Forget about customer care, the billing department send the montlhy biils at lightining speed through courier. This is the most efficent dept of Reliance.
I would suggest Reliance to change its slogan as ’’Mere bap Ka sapna Tha, Sab Ka Paisa Apana’’ sorry no offence intended. But kindly clean up your stables. In the initial days I had recommended many of my relative and friends to take a Relaince Phone but now regret that.
