Hello everybody...I have been a customer of reliance cellphone for quite some time now. My experience with it has been so bad that I am surrendering my phone soon. This is due to the lack of proper management. The staff is really bad, they know nothing about the problems of customers and thus there is total chaos and mismanagement.
First of all I got the wrong plan terms and then due to the same excessive billing problems. Despite a lot of notifications to the authorities also not much was done. To top it all, even after a span of more than six months the staff has been charging us the same bill along with the late payment charges.
Also, the staff of the collection centres keeps calling up for payment and everytime we have to relate the same story to no effect. They also come to the house directly to collect the payment without any prior notice or anything which is very annoying.
If a cellphone is needed, Reliance should not even be in the choice set according to my personal bitter experience.
