Poor Customer Service

Horrible customer service exists for such an esteemed organization. Customer service people says that your recharge could not be processed because you have availed it from official website of Reliance using your net banking. They say that you should recharge from outlets. Such an irrelevant response from customer service people. Even if I have received successful payment receipt from Reliance people still they say that we  have not received your payment and your recharge is unsuccessful.


In such a busy schedule of life now people will have to go to Reliance Outlets to recharge their mobile. Horrible experience. Also even after several mails they have not lodged my complaint.
