Deficient services & fraudelent excess billing

SMSs are not going from Reliance India Mobiles to BSNL, MTNL & certain other GSM operators, emails gateway has been closed resulting in SMSs not going to & coming from email IDs (though strangely MMSs are going to email IDs), excessive wrong billings are rampant (voice call billing starts from the moment ring starts at other end & is billed for all unanswered calls, details of local calls being denied, debit of excess minutes than shown on the bill itself, STD billing of numbers not even dialed, STD billing of RIM numbers within first 400 free minutes periods), complaints are pending since Sept. 2003, non adjustment of repayments due under handset exchange scheme, no solution of faulty Nokia Handsets given that too without any Data Cable set, thereby depriving such owners to use R Connect services, though very strangely such owners are getting bills of usage of 425 minutes flat, charging Rs. 50 for one single International SMSs from DAPO Scheme clients, who were promised free SMSs, customer care not giving any complaint numbers & closing the complaints without solving any of them, low signal strengths, call drops, cracked voice, network congestion etc. etc. are just a few malpractices. Press & Media should conduct a survey of their services & get the solutions to users, who are on the brink of going to Consumer Courts, after their Legal Notice periods are over.
