Initially I found it very attractive offer. But now I am realizing it was not good decision. I paid 23000 (21000 + 2000) and got reliance connection Below are few bad experiences. 1> I am software professional and frequently visit abroad. During this period even if I disable the service I will lose monthly charges of Rs 500. 2> In our company, we can get tax benefit, if we provide monthly bills of rental and call charges. But Reliance does not provide any monthly bill, which shows their rental charges. So I am loosing tax benefit. 3> If you miss your phone. Reliance will not provide any assistance to trace the phone although it is technically possible. 4> I have lost my phone and requested Reliance customer care to disable all outgoing calls to prevent any misuse. Actually I wanted to disable only outgoing calls and not incoming so that I can trace the phone, but Reliance customer care rudely refused to do so. 5> Phone insurance is only marketing agenda. If you miss the phone, you need to pay Rs 3500/= to get new phone. You need to return other parts like charger, Handsfree etc. 6> phone does not come with required accessories to connect to internet. You need to pay additional 1200/= to get those.
Words of caution to reliance user.

1> Do not trust Reliance WebWorld people. The demo they show is completly fake. Before buying internet cable make sure it connects to internet. 90% chance is this that, it will not work. Insist on demo on your own phone and not their phone.
2> If you think insurance will give you new set. you are wrong. you need to pay 3500/= to get new set and this is valid only once. Second time if you loose, you need to pay Rs 10500/=. There is no insurance on second lost phone. You can not have other brand CDMA phone.
3> Do assume customer care will help you if you are in trouble. There is only one word suitable for them, JOKER

a> Reliance R World hardly connects. b> Browser is useless very difficult to surf. c> Call waiting / Call forwarding feature is not available d> Alarm does not work properly e> Billing looks fishy. There is no internet site where you can see your call details.
