Reliance Services // Just Bullshit

I have already sent the below mail to Reliance’s **corporatecentre.customercare@relianceada.com** and **Contact.Chairman’sOffice@relianceada.com** more than 96 hours back and I am yet to receive even an acknowledgement of my mail.


After banging my head with Reliance’s local sales team,

and finally with it’s Service Assurance Cell too, I don’t have any other option


but to escalate this issue to you. About your local sales team, we have been


dealing with the following persons:


*Mr. A.S. (+91 93********), *****


*Mr.M.S. (+91 93********), *****


When AS visited our office here in Delhi, we showed


him our Laptops on which were were supposed to use Reliance Data Cards. When he


gave OK for those Laptops, we placed an order of 08 Data cards to him. When


AS delivered those datacards, we found that those datacards were not


compatible with those laptops, which we showed to him earlier. Somehow we


started using 04 of those on some of our older laptops. So we explained him the


situation and asked him to change those Data Cards with USB ones. He simply


refused and was not willing at all to take the responsibility (whereas these


were ordered only when he gave OK to those very laptops). When we escalated this


issue to Mr. MS, AS’s boss, he also simply refused to take the


responsibility, saying that AS is denying that he had committed any such


thing to us. AMAZING. Since then, we have been banging our head with those


people. Then, once, I sent a mail to your **Nodal Officer (****ritu.thapar@relianceada.com****)*


as well as **Service Assurance Cell** **(****serviceassurancecell@relianceada.com****)**.


In this mail, I kept Amandeep as well as Manmohan in Cc. After seeing that mail,


Amandeep called me up and told that they were ready to replace those 04 Data


Cards with USB ones. He came to our office and collected those with a verbal


commitment that he would get those replaced with in 04 days. More than 02 weeks


have passed and I haven’t got even a single Mail / Call from these guys. I keep


calling them up & the only response, I get is "Sir, I will revert back to


you in 10 mins.". It seems, by minutes, Reliance means Weeks or may be Months.

About escalating the issue to yoru **Nodal Officer

i first sent a mail on this ID on 26th March, 2007. Then, another mail on 12th


April. Also, side by side, I kept Service Assurance team too in Cc. As of date,


I have never got any acknowledgement from your Nodal Office. Once, I called up


on the number given against **Ritu Thapar’s Name in your website (011-


30332655)**, where I had a talk with Ms Ritu. As per that teletalk, she


was supposed to get back to me the same day evening. Till date, I am waiting for


her call or even a mail. Surprisingly, I received an Acknowledgement from your


Service Assurance Cell, by some Mr. Mudaliar, acknowledging the mail, which I


had sent to them. TIll then, I am yet to receive any call or mail from them


too.


*I must compliment Reliance that in


it, all the persons, irrespective of their designation (whether sales guy or


nodal officer or even at service assurance cell), are all ALIKE. They believe in


One Company, One Attitude, One Personality.*


*Here, after getting through all


this, are so Pissed off that don’t even want to continue any such kinda


relations with Reliance. Ordering those 08 Data Cards to Reliance has been the


Worst Decision, this company has ever taken. As, 04 Data Cards are still lying


with Mr. Amandeep Singh, I would request you that as we don’t want to continue


with Reliance any more, Please get our money refunded ASAP. Even worse is that


we have got the monthly bill of those 04 Data Cards, which are still with


Reliance People. We haven’t used those even for a single minute. I would request


you to please get that Waived. We will be highly thankful to


you.*
