I am a Reliance CDMA user from the past 4 years in Bangalore. From past 5 days I am having issues with the service. I am unable to make or receive calls from that number even though I have full signal. Thus, for the first time I approached their customer care.
First of all, the representative was not ready to raise a complaint. He tried to convince me that there is some generic issue with network and will be resolved in hours.
Waited till thenext day and again contacted the cust care. Managed to convince the person to raise a complaint. SLA was 3 days. But still the issue is not resolved.
Just imagine I am missing many important calls due to this issue. 5 days of out of service, and they have no clue what went wrong! They don’t even bother to resolve the issue.
