Review : I AM A KOLKATA BASED RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE PRE-PAID USER. OCT2004 was perhaps one of the most unlucky months during the year. It was during this month that I bought a RIM PRE-PAID connection. But within a month I have realised that it was a big mistake. Within a month I have encountered numerous problems, the latest concerning my balance.
At around mid-night on dec1 2004 my balance was Rs304, after that till dec5 I only made a few calls to relaince customer care(another painful experience)& local calls & sms’s worth Rs10.On DEC 5 I found my balance reduced by Rs 28, on contacting customer care I was repeatedly told to call after a few minutes as their system was being upgraded(a ploy they use on a regular basis).
Finally on being able to contact them I was told that I have been charged correctly for the calls & sms’s sent.To cover up their DUPING act they unlike other operators they do not provide any kind of a call statement.
MY REQUEST TO EACH AN EVERYONE IS UNLESS THEY WANT TO BE CHEATED, DO NOT GO FOR RIM.
