I’ve a very good experience with Reliance till date. And I realise they are very much concern about their good customers. The RWORLD is a good facility for the customer to avail the information of various schemes and value added services provided by Reliance. And also customer can also register for the required service using RWORLD, which definately save lots of your time and money.
Network Coverage - It’s best in the cities and poor in rural areas.
Customer Service - It’s good through web and poor on*333(which is always busy)
Charges and Billing - Fine
