I am using Reliance GSM postpaid plan Rs 1499/- Network connectivity is very poor. Network unavailable issue is very frequent.
Also I traveled form Delhi to Bangalore and on the way network issue also persist. while other networks like Airtel works very well. I living in Gurgaon and in only few area 3G data connect is good otherwise they have issue all over India which I personally feel.Only good thing is they are 100/- cheap with compare to other network.
