I am using relaince since 5 years. Initially the network used to be good. But since last few months it just sucks! The network shows me roaming even when I am at home.
The call and data charges are cheap but the are worse too. Many times my phone goes out of network for no reason. The caller hears that my phone is switched off.
Then I have to restart my phone to resolve the problem. When questioned the customer service representatives about this; they also sugget to restart the phone. So according to you the customer should keep on restarting his phone whenever your network sucks. Recently I ported my sim network to vodafone. And it is working awesome. The call rates are high as compared to relaince but at least they dont have any network issues.
