The biggest fraud company I have ever faced till now. It has been 3 days since my network was totally down due to this new migration plan( CDMA to 4G GSM) from reliance. I faced a heavy loss due to network down. I was forced to buy a GSM mobile as there CDMA services are terminated.
I called the customer care from another number and informed the same after 4-5 frequent calls to customer care they have blocked my contact from receiving there customer care the call automatically gets disconnected. Where as I am able to call from another number. I just want my mobile number back as I will definitely terminate there services and switch to other network. I will never ever refer anyone to take there service.
