Reliance india Mobile of ADAG group is the most horrible service provider that one can experience_ not only they cheat u by not giving what they promise, they talk rudely to customers at their centres and donot respond to compliants.
Most of tehir plans have a hidden cost, so amke sure that you understand them fully before signing up. But even if you do read everything they may still cheat you, so better stay away .
Ok so you committed the mistake of buying a connection, mislead by their ads and reliance to reliance scheme. wait till your worst horrors come true.
They will always bill you extra, charge for some of the services that you never asked for and manipulate your plan.
And hey you have taken the reliance to reliance plan. donot just start talking, they may be charging you the normal rates till you get a sms confirming the activation( depneding on their whims it may take upto 15 days)
Billing problems_ no one to take care or listen, you are on ur own.
And just in case your usage is high( doesnot matter if u had been their customer for years paying high and low bills) they are prompt in this one thing - stopping your outgoing calls.
