Hello friends I want to tell you guys about my experience with reliance network as I bought a new reliance sim a few months ago and I got 30 rupees talktime and I used that bal for telling my friends about my new number after a few days later it ain’t working I feel frustrated with the calls voice can’t be heard. one bad day I meant to me as my sim was blocked unfortunately cause I used to keep pin num to my sim and in the past night I switched off my mobile and switched on the next morning and I was meant send a request for getting my PUK number through online and I m keeping mails to them every day for a week and I left that because there is no damn reply and after one month I got a mail from them and it is said thnq for your mail and we will shortly help you regarding your puk after a month. This is how they are but benifits and offers will be nice if customer care responses and helps customers in quick it will be awesome
