Reliance introduced its GSM service in delhi recently. The offer was Life time validity for Rs 100 and free local reliance to reliance calls between 11 pm to 6 am and also 5 minutes free every day.
My brother purchase one connection. Occasionally I also use it to make reliance to reliance calls.
During the last two months I have experience the following features of the Reliance GSM Network:
1) The call will never get through in the first attempt. You have to dial the no. twice or thrice.
2) Money will get detected even if there is no ringing and no sound from the other side.
3) When other people will dial your number, 90% of time they ask you why do you keep your phone off.
4) Doesn’t work in Delhi Metro and many areas.
5) zero signal in some areas of delhi and just forget about coverage outside delhi.
6) and the most interesting- full of cross connections eg. from the last one week whenever I tried to dial my friends’ reliance CDMA no. 100% of the time I got different person on the phone and my friend got also got calls from unknown people the no. on the screen was mine.
Now I have stopped making reliance to reliance calls.
I will suggest not to buy a reliance GSM connection.
You will be wasting your money if you buy one.
If don’t believe then buy one connection and experience it yourself.
