I will be succinct in this review as I really don’t wanna ruin someone’s evening. In fact I feel pity for Reliance. Has Reliance becomes so low in its dignity that they started stealing from people. Those people, common people, who takes mobile from their hard earned money and trust a service provider.
Now the time has come, when even if I see that they have stolen from my account a smile appears on my face as I have donated a small amount to someone who is in grave need of it, who is hungry because he hasn’t eaten from days and has no clothes to wear.
Its really pity to say but I haven’t seen any company to go so low in its dealing with its customers. God Bless Them, so they stop stealing from poor people!
To support above I’ll give only two examples.
Recently a message appeared on my mobile, Your Cricket Service has been activated. A minute later a message appears Rs. 20 has been deducted from your account. Your current balance is . A few minutes later a third message appears on my mobile stating your cricket service has been deactivated, Thank you for using the service. A smile appeared on my face. God Bless Them.
A message appears on my mobile, recharge with Rs. 300 and get some benefits. I recharge it, nothing appears in my account. No benefit at all. Customer care tells me, there is no such scheme, in fact there is no recharge of 300. God Bless Them Again.
