I am facing network issues at my home address. Network not available majority of time. Lodged complaint with Customer care on 22nd April and talked to all possible person (Executive to Operations Manager), appeal team, network team etc. No solution.
As per them some optimization going on and may take many months to get it resolved. These guys saying that I cant do anything but have to keep paying rental. My business is getting impacted now as I have shared my number with my clients.
I asked them to take back the phone and sim but they are saying NO. My request number is 2844 but not sure if this is same request that I have raised on 22nd.
They are closing my request and opening a new one whenever I call them to meet their SLA. I am not sure what to do next? Should I file a case in consumer court or is there any other option that I have?
