My Dear Mouthshut Friends, I am Mohit and today I am going to review Reliance mobile service provider.i choose this operator in 2002 I bought its sim in 1000rs that time, that time it was the only operator which was available in my area so I have no option. after purchase of sim I realised that I have done a mistake.i never got a signal inside my house.full signal is far away.call rates are good but lots of call drop problem, internet never connect. the worst thing of this mobile operator which I feel its wrong charges.keep your sim unused for 5 days and after 5 days surely you will see a deduction of few rs dew to value added service charges.contact them on customer care after a wait time of 15 minutes they will sau sir this service has been activated from your end.if you say than we will deactivate it for you.how bad this thing is.why I will choose activation of vas or if I activated this service myself than why I will customer care.i have lots of other work to do.nothing is good in this operator. Finally I got a relief when I ported my number in airtel in dec 2015.now I am getting good service and network, ya its true airtel is costly but its worth it. never go for reliance.if you have lots of money than you can buy reliance sim and gift them your talktime.i am not satisfied with their service at all and never recommend it to others. and now they have no 2g spectrum in few states like bihar, jharkhand, west bengal, orissa, assam so you will not get 2 g networks in these areas.
