How I used to tease one of my colleagues who had a Reliance connection and one of those first LG handset with an antenna protruding!!!! whenever her phone rings I used to giver her / the phone a look that says ’eeks’ n she’d say ’ok, ok I know what that look means, but am happy with my mobile and my service’
Now, about a year+ later I swear by Reliance!!!! Have been using a reliance phone for the last 8months plus and am extremely happy n satisfied with it.....in fact I’ve even upgraded from my basic handset to a 3G - color - flip model handset with datacable and the works..........I connect to the internet through R-connect and browse happily.........on very low charges...........
Now comes the best thing about Reliance is its connectivity!!!!!! most people earlier had complaints of connectivity, but now it is not so, I travel from B’lore to Hyd and back very frequently almost once a week or so and whenever I travel by train or bus my reliance keeps me connected almost for about 4 to 5 hrs of the journey........most of the train route the connectivity is on...........can any other service provider provide that? I doubt.....Voice Clarity is another plus point in a reliance connection. In fact its so loud and clear that I keep telling people who call me ’talk low’....
And the most common complaint about reliance is about excess billing, which I found in most other service providers bills also......once they charged me extra for the r-world services, though I had asked them to disconnect R-world, and surprisingly the charges were reversed in my consequent bill...........what more can I ask for.........One dial connectivity, Excellent Voice Clarity, Unbeatable Connectivity and above all STD at 1Re/ min!!!!!!!!
