I think you are not being very fair to Reliance. To me, whichever Reliance service I had used is quite good. I would say that the service which we get is a good value for money. Complaints can be infinite but still I think they have a good quality as a whole. Then again they have cool schemes like 650 Plan for 2 months free! Cost 4200 as compared to Airtel. Free roaming but not the case with Airtel. My thumbs up to this "Cost effective resource called R e l I a n c e !".
Your views can be different but try to see how cheap you get things with Reliance. If you you want great stuff then pay great money. Simple!
