World, trying to deposit my photo id, which the Government requires for me to prove that I am after all not a terrorist..
And I just saw this angry chap claiming that he had already submitted HIS photo id 4 times and still his connection had been cut. Now he was demanding that his papers be taken up immediately and his connection resumed. However the staff, instead of trying to apologise, very brazenly said that WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE YOUR PAPERS SINCE YOU ARE TALKING IN A RUDE WAY!!! If that had happened to me I would definitely be feeling rude. So the guy quietened down, but his papers were still not taken since they said that their portal closes at 6. Why they couldnt keep his papers and just do the damn thing in the morning I cant understand.
Anyway the poor guy had to go. Since I wanted the same thing, I tried to be as polite as I could(read I literally begged) but the clerk said that there was no use taking my papers as he would simply throw them in the dustbin once I had gone. What can you say to people like that???!!!!!!!
This is worse than the MTNL people. At least you can get your work done there by just passing the guy a fifty note under the table..
These guys really deserve a good lawsuit or at least a hidden camera. Last year I had submitted my papers thrice and My connection had still been barred. I wonder if Mr Anil Ambani ever visited any of these web worlds.....
