Reliance telecom services in Bangalore is not up to to the mark. Sometimes even when I don’t use internet on my mobile, there is a deduction in balance.
Customer service is bad, their customer call people are of no use. Coverage issue in some areas. Definitely switching to a different mobile operator service.
