Today I am giving myself experience of Reliance network . I am using this operator from last 3 years but my exprience about this company is not very well because of his coverage problem. I am not getting network when I travel in rural areas. So I kept alternative number for contact . customer service is not too good because they apply charges when you talk with them from free dial number.
Before one month ago , they are giving unlimited calling in Rs 149 for both old and new users. Now ( Jan 2017) they are giving unlimited calling only for new users. So this is very bad news for old users. I am sharing this information because I am old user and I can not get this offer even after this was got in previous month.
