Reliance GSM loots ur balance

I have taken a Reliance GSM connection just because its STD offers are really good. This is the first time I have shifted away from Airtel or Vodafone. Now I am seriously wishing to throw away my Reliance GSM SIM and go back to Airtel or Vodafone. These Reliance people have cut my balance with a message saying that I have subscribed to some health service. There is no way I have done that. I am using a flip phone and hence there is no way of subscribing it by mistake. I immediately called them and they said they will credit my amount. (If any reliance official is reading this, I guess they wont do, but just in case, here is the complaint number: 127408552 lodged on 24th May). Nothing happens even after 3 days except for an sms that I have unsubscribed from health service and my balance would be credited.


The so called crediting never happens. I call them once again on 28th and they lodge a new complaint (No 127771061). They give me a 48 hr SLA. Nothing happens as expected. I call them once again on 30th, and operator says the balance will get credited by 30th night. That doesnt happen. I call them again now and they say that the complaint is relaunched on 30th and hence it will take 48hrs. When I told them that its already 1 week, then the operator says that they will do it ASAP. I warned that I need it by today (31st), then he says yes and cuts the call. Awesome. I am going to throw off this SIM in next 2 days after using up my balance and get away with it. New users, here is my advice never ever go fr Reliance. If u happen to be reliance customer, do keep checking ur balance regularly. These people are idiots. Lost all respect which I had on Reliance.
