I had been using the Reliance post paid services since last 3 months.
As far as billing and network is concerned , they are terrific, I am very happy with reliance.
The kind of Joy Plan they have would definately suit ur needs.
Before reliance I had used Airtel, Hutch & Idea.All the 3 are the day time robbers.They dnt know the meaning of Customer Satisfactions.They keep bunch of uneducated Morons who dnt know how to behave with customers.The only ans. they have for all the questions are ’’Sir.our system is running slower plz callback latter’’.Initailly they give a credit limit of 500rs. which they will increase after 1 year.Ha Ha Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This kind of same problem I am facing with Reliance as well.However I have got the credit limit of 2k , which is very gud.I am v happy.My bills are reduced by 30%, gr8.Thnks Dhirubhai.
But they too have bunch of uneducated morons in their customer services department.They dnt know how to speak english.I feel like crying when I am speaking to them.Their grammer wud lead you to cry blood.
Dhirubhai please fire these morons as they are hampering the company’s reputation
