Feeling very happy and proud to be consumer of Reliance India Mobile, LOLz. I think everybody knows that reliance has started 50 paisa per three minutes on customer care. And one thing is very odd that they deduct your balance from main balance if you have balance in your mobile which is not clear to consumers that why they are charging.
From 15 days I am seeing deduction in my account balance. Also if you call on customer care then they do not pick up call before 7-8 minutes and in that period consumers have to face call charge unnecessarily., which is really poorest and criticizing act by Reliance. Even they are not paying attention about their market share deduction in front of mobile operators. Therefore I will never recommend to any customer for going to purchase this poorest service in future.
