My mobile no is: 9547 . I am staying in Bangalore(Begur) and my cell phone has network problem too much now a days. While calling some, it says network failed and disconnects the call automatically or sometimes I can even hear them or they cant hear me but I can hear them.
I tried to call the Reliance customer care and then also the same network issue occurred, which is really pathetic.I spoke to Reliance customer care and they got shocked that I’m having network signal problem in the city but they said they will check something.
I don’t think something has been done so far as the same problem still keeps happening every time. Due to this, I’m thinking of changing my number but I’ve given this number and registered with multiple places since I am using this number for the last 4 yrs.
Reliance, can you help me to solve this?
