Any lawsuits against reliance?

I read a lot in this forum about the fraudulent practices of Reliance. Is anyone going through legal means of correcting these.

I am one of the victim. I paid Rs 21, 000/-. The moment I saw the bill I wanted to disconnect. Just like everyone else, I got the shock of cancellation charges. First month I went and talked to the customer support and them useless. I wanted to talk to a manager and there is no manager around. Hence I refused to pay the bill. Ever since I sparingly used the phone. In almost a year, my unpaid bill went up to Rs 1300/-, even with their fraudulent billing. So u can guess, how much I used. Now they disconnected my outgoing call facility. Even though I paid Rs 21, 000/- they disconnected the phone for just paltry Rs 1300/-.

Rs 1300/- is not much for me to pay. But as a principle I am not paying. So I am exploring what action can be taken? I already do tell people not to take reliance. But I found it is rather difficult to work against the reliance media blitz.

I am wondering whether anyone has taken a legal route to correct these problems. I think any legal notices will definitely give a lot of negative publicity. Then only I believe Mr. Ambani’s will listen.

Any opinions?
