Clueless lousy customer care personnel

I have been using Reliance prepaid service for the last 5 years and I had filled the CAF form when I bought it. Now 2 days ago, I received SMS that I have to refill it and today my outgoing calls are barred.


When customer care was contacted they said the CAF form has to be refilled and they couldn’t give the reason why I have to refill it even after telling them I had filled in the requisite form and attached all the documents. How clueless can you get and why bar my outgoing calls?
