I think I am one of the most loyal customer of Reliance from almost 6 years now. Its network has always been good wherever I went in last few years.But trully many times I had bad experience with customer care. I will share the recent one.
Few months back, somehow I got subscribed to Bakwas service on 56060. And then the story started. Every time I called customer care to remove this Bakwaas service, they promised me that they will do it within next 24hrs. But never did that. Every time after I recharge my cell this BAKWAAS sevice reduces my amount by 10Rs. (in 10 days I guess). That too when I dont needed this kind of Bakwaas service.I requested them 3-4 times but they didn;t do it. Instead that guy removed MISSED CALL ALERT which I had activated purposely.Hussssh..What the hell has happened to Reliance????

‘Excessive bombardment of advertisements can only irritate customers’, isn’t it a common sense? What happens when you are travelling in crowded train and your mobile starts vibrating? You are holding handle in one hand, and bag in another, drenched completely with sweating. Still somehow you manage to reach your pocket. Pick your call and when you listen to one more ad from reliance regarding some stupid ringtones. What’s your reaction? Isn’t it irritating? You are waiting anxiously for employer’s call for telephonic interview, or some important call. Your mobile rangs and you pick up call. Again… ‘Reliance ad’ regarding new plan. In a single day almost 15 messages from 53131, 56060 and 5 series, and more than 5-6 ad calls (Thank god!! number has decreased in recent period). Ok, if you call customer care to launch a complaint to activate Do Not Disturb service, you will end up waiting, holding a line to just listen more Reliance ad/commercial/infomercial (whatever you call it).
Finally when customer care representative attends call and registers your complaint, you get one sms from 2811.’Dear customer, your request for activation of the DND service has been registered .Your request no. is so & so. It will be active within 45 days. God!! Does that means they now got license to irritate you for more 40 days? Yet, they call us ‘valuable customers’ and we stay connected to them as ‘brand loyal’ customers. Simple reason: Mobile does not become valuable by expensive handsets; it becomes valuable due to ‘contact numbers’ in it, and the people who are reaching you on your same contact number from several years.
