Reliance has started the service in many cities. At least that is what it claims. I own a reliance, which works very well, only if u r in Mumbai.
The moment you are on any other circle, (Turbhe or Kalyan) things just don’ t work.
The only response you get is ’’Your call could not be completed’’ or ’’This route is busy’’
Try any number, absolutely any number from Dombivli or Kalyan, you just can’ t connect.
Upon calling the customer service they tell you, that the n/w will be up within 1 week. The week never finishes.
The sms is a big headache. It never reaches the receiver.
Many a time I hv reached the destination b4 the sms reached there.
Reliance has charged full for the first quarter to all customers. But the service is not fully operational.
Upon asking for remitting the monies paid, the call ends up just juggling between various departments.
If I own a mobile, & if I hv to contact some one, I dial only 1 number.
Now think Reliance, you are in Mumbai, U wish to contact a Reliance number, you just dial the number. It is OK. If you go to any other place, you have to dial 022 for Mumbai connectivity.
What is the use if you have to configure one number in 2 different ways on ur mobile? It doesn’ t make any sense.
The fone hots up like anything if you access R World.
I suggested the customer service that they can as well enter home appliance business, especially Geysers & Sandwich Toasters, because they don’ t hv to sell a different product.
It’ d be a mobile geyser & mobile sandwich toaster.
If you are looking for a new mobile, just don’ t consider this connection..
