I took the connection and have already spent 59 minutes in all the calls I made. Out of these 59 minutes, I could talk/listen for hardly 10 minutes. The reason is that the signal level (1) keeps on fluctuating to very low levels, (2) the zone changes from Delhi to Ghaziabad in different parts of my colony and even in the same room in my house and (3) the speech gets broken while all other mobiles are unaffected.
The R-World service is mostly down. The reliance directory service would have been useful but is not getting updated quickly.
There is no service which gives quick answers to user’s queries. *333 will promise to get back to you and nothing happens.
