Hello friends, I used reliance GSM services since from last 4 month. It’s services is very bad. Reliance activate VAS( Value Added Services)
Services without my permission and charge 3 rupees for VAS services. When I try to make call on 198 they will never pickup call, if pickup call then they answered that sorry sir there are some technical problem and we couldn’t check your information please call after some time. When I make call again they give same excuse again and again everyday. They didn’t refund my VAS services rupees and again charge 3 ruppes in this period. One think you notice that when we recharge balance for talk time they activate VAS services without permission, if we complaint they didn’t refund and give same excuse.
Such services activate more than one time on my number. Customer care never refund your rupees which reduced for VAS services. They refund rupees if you try to complaint through email after 1 month if they read your mail otherwise they never refund your money. I never suggest to used reliance services .Reliance activate VAS services everyday on other numbers without customer permission. Some customer port the number due to this problem one them I am also and some of customer purchase another sim. Reliance cheats our customer everyday. My opinion about reliance is that never used reliance services and don’t make reliance number as permanent number.
I will show you current example that how they will make money using VAS Services, if you complaint against services they refund otherwise not refund. They also activate VAS services for 1 ruppes charge without permission, someone think only one ruppes is charge why we waste our time for makes complaint, but they don’t know that they will activate these services on millions users and some of them don’t know about such activity of Reliance. So my personal advice to every user complaint against such activity of Reliance. I with attack a picture of message in which they activate VAS services and refund ruppes when I complaint against.
