The rich beggars. Whenever I used to recharge my reliance number with an amount greater than 100, I used to get messages after 2 days of the recharge like " STV Recharge successful. Rs39 has been deducted from your account".
Dude, what for has this money been deducted? Neither do I use a message pack on my number nor do I use Internet. I use my Wifi connection to access the internet. And then next day when I call the customer care, I get to know that they cannot refund my balance because they have no right to do. Do they have the right to cut my balance without me even using it? Bullshit.
Since then I haven’t recharged my number with topup. I always recharge special packs which offer free minutes rather than talktime money.
